Founded by Jamila Powell—attorney, salon owner, and curl advocate—our brand was born from real-life experience working with curls every day at Maggie Rose Salon, one of the top texture salons in the country. After years of listening to what curly clients actually need, Jamila created a line that blends science-backed ingredients with salon-level performance.

We formulate with purpose. Every product is designed to hydrate, protect, and enhance curls while supporting scalp health—because healthy curls start at the root. Our treatments and stylers are vegan, cruelty-free, and made without silicones, sulfates, parabens, mineral oil, or endocrine disruptors. We work with expert chemists in the U.S. and Ghana to source high-quality ingredients that deliver visible results without compromise.
