Orders
We will try our best to accommodate order changes if you notify us, as soon as possible, after placing your order. You can do so via text at 323.212.5413 or send an email to service@ampbeautyla.com. Please note that depending on the time of your outreach, it may take 24—48 hours to respond.
In the event that you want to add items to your order and we are able to make changes to your order prior to it shipping out, you will be responsible for paying the balance.
We fulfill all orders, in-house, and ship every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Please check your order confirmation email for tracking details. If you encounter any delivery issues, send us a text at 323.212.5413 or email service@ampbeautyla.com, and we'll do our best to help.

We apologize if any items in your order arrive broken, damaged, or defective. We will be happy to assess on a case-by-case basis and assist with a refund or exchange to make things right. Damaged items may be eligible for an exchange or refund up to 30 days from the ship date. Please email us your receipt, along with your order number, and a picture of the damaged item to service@ampbeautyla.com.
Refunds and Exchanges
To request a refund, email our customer service at service@ampbeautyla.com with your order number, receipt, a product picture, and reason for the refund. We only offer partial refunds for used or damaged items not returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed upon approval, and if eligible, a credit is applied to your original payment method. Sale items are non-refundable, and discretionary returns/exchanges incur a deduction for return shipping costs. For gifts, you'll receive a gift credit. Late or missing refunds can be addressed by checking your bank account and contacting your card issuer or bank.
