Kimberly Currie was licensed as an esthetician at 17, moved from Pittsburgh to Los Angeles and spent about 13 years in clinical skincare. She went home to spend her father's final months with him, and their talks about starting a product line led to her first brand in 2019. She launched Wanderluxe in 2024 as dissolvable, travel-friendly, low-waste skincare.
