Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States, including U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We don't ship internationally right now.

When your order ships

We pack every order in-house at our Los Angeles office and ship on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Orders placed on other days go out on the next ship day.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on orders of $40 or more. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
• For orders under $40, USPS rates (Ground Advantage, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express) are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates for each shipping option are shown at checkout. Once your order ships, the carrier's timeline applies, and weather or carrier delays can occasionally add time.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also check the status any time on our order tracking page.

Local pickup in downtown LA

Choose Local pickup at checkout to collect your order from the AMP Beauty office at 453 S Spring St, Los Angeles, CA 90013. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Wait for your "ready for pickup" email, and bring your order number.

Address changes

Need to change your shipping address? Email service@ampbeautyla.com or text us at 323.212.5413 as soon as possible after ordering. We'll do our best to update it before your order ships, but we can't change an order once it's on its way.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, your package says delivered but you can't find it, or something arrives damaged, email service@ampbeautyla.com or text 323.212.5413 with your order number (and a photo for damaged items). We'll work with you and the carrier to make it right.

Target.com orders

Orders placed on Target.com are shipped and handled by Target. For questions about those orders, check your order in your Target account or contact Target customer service.
