Separate liner from mouth tape at tab divider. Apply to clean, dry closed lips and reposition as needed for a comfortable fit. Gently breathe through your nose. Safe for wear all night long.
Magnesium Spray:
Apply 5 sprays (delivering about 30 mg of magnesium) to your arms and hands about 20-30 minutes before sleep for best results. If your body feels ready for it, you can apply up to 15 sprays (delivering approx 90 mg of magnesium).
Earplugs:
Using clean, dry hands, remove ear plugs from package and gently mold each ear plug into a round ball. Press onto ear canal covering outer ear and flatten until comfortable to enjoy pure silence.
Eye Mask:
Simply place over your eyes and enjoy blissful darkness.
