VCurls comes out of Versus Salon, a curl-focused salon in Virginia Beach. Curl specialist Michelle Williams and her team spent years testing product combinations on clients with every curl pattern from 2A to 4C. When they couldn't find a line that gave the results they wanted without buildup, they made their own, launching lightweight, sulfate-free formulas in 2025.
